Demand & Supply Planner

The Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining monthly demand forecasts, coordinating seasonal planning, and leading demand review meetings with key account managers. The role involves managing product phase-ins and phase-outs, monitoring stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations and excess inventory, and ensuring alignment with sales plans. Additionally, the position requires reviewing historical sales trends, evaluating forecast accuracy, and sharing best practices across the CEE region.
