Demands & Planning Manager

The Material and Planning Manager leads the Material Planning function within the FPS Jiading supply chain, ensuring optimal capacity and material availability for both mid-range MRP and long-term forecasting. The role involves driving inventory balance to meet customer demand, continuously improving processes related to forecasts and inventory, and leading team development and performance management. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Management, the manager collaborates with the purchase team to drive ITO improvements and manages human resources competently within their department.
