Demi Chef de Partie

The role involves supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting food, deputising when needed, and occasionally taking charge of a kitchen section. The successful candidate will have proven experience in quality hotels or restaurants, a passion for food, strong teamwork skills, and flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends.
