Demolition & Decommissioning Lead

The Demolition & Decommissioning Lead provides subject matter expertise and technical oversight for the development and execution planning of demolition and decommissioning activities during the project's Selection phase. Serving as the internal technical authority, the role supports the Constructability Manager and Project Manager in evaluating contractor proposals, validating execution strategies, and ensuring alignment with safety and project objectives. This position involves technical governance, independent review, and stakeholder coordination to ensure proposed approaches are practical, safe, and efficient.
