The Dental Receptionist Lead serves as a key team member in the dental clinic, handling a range of clerical, reception, and administrative duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and managing billing information. In addition to daily operations, the Lead supports the Practice Manager with staff interviewing, training, mentoring, scheduling, and cash balancing responsibilities.
