The Dental Receptionist Lead serves as a key team member in the dental clinic, handling front‑desk duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments. In addition to standard reception responsibilities, the Lead supports the Practice Manager with staff interviewing, training, mentoring, scheduling, and cash‑balancing functions.
