Department Assistant

The Department Assistant supports assigned departments by sorting, packaging, and pricing donations, as well as displaying merchandise on the sales floor. This role ensures the production area is clean and stocked, maintains a shoppable sales floor, and assists with various departmental responsibilities. The position requires strong customer interaction skills, the ability to make decisions about merchandise quality, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
