Department Coordinator, Sales&Marketing

This role involves monitoring regional supplier invoice processes through SAP while coordinating with the Purchasing department. Responsibilities include tracking document workflows between sales centers and other departments, supporting administrative processes for competitions and incentive programs, and assisting the Sales & Marketing teams with travel planning and expense management. The candidate will also support the daily operation of the CCI office by managing facilities, stationery, and office equipment.
