Department Manager

This role is responsible for operating an efficient, productive, and safe department within the HomeGoods Distribution Center, ensuring daily production requirements and high-quality service standards are met. The position involves managing day-to-day activities, developing and motivating a diverse team of associates, and maintaining strong relationships with various business partners. The manager is expected to spend the majority of their shift on the floor reviewing orders and directing staff to optimize operations.
