Department Manager

The Department Manager is responsible for the merchandising and sales of the Clothing/Footwear department, ensuring the highest level of customer service while reporting to the Store Manager. This role requires extensive knowledge of clothing, footwear, and accessories, along with the ability to work an irregular schedule including days, nights, and weekends. The position involves directing product merchandising, managing inventory, and assisting with team training and safety practices.
