Department Manager

The Department Manager is responsible for the merchandising and sales within the assigned Receiving department, ensuring adequate inventory and providing a high level of customer service. This role involves coordinating product distribution, assisting customers with purchases, and collaborating with Retail Buyers to meet product needs. The position requires training new team members and maintaining safety standards while handling merchandise. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work days, nights, and alternating weekends.
