Department Manager

The Department Manager plays an integral role at the Processing & Distribution Center of Housing Works Thrift Shops, working closely with staff on multiple levels to ensure the enterprise as a whole is successful. The role involves managing, developing, and training department staff, overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly activities, and ensuring shop orders are filled accurately and on time. The position requires maintaining an orderly work area, attending trainings, and directing volunteers as needed.
