Deployment Strategist

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production. This hands-on role involves embedding deeply with customers to understand their processes, defining success metrics, and coordinating deployments across technical and business stakeholders.
