Deposit Operations Support

This role provides exceptional internal support to branch personnel regarding all deposit operation functions and responsibilities. The position involves performing internal help desk support, resolving complex issues including fraud and error investigations, and maintaining ATM and checking accounts. Additionally, the role requires conducting quality control assessments, performing monthly general ledger reconciliations, and providing training on deposit processes to various teams.
