Deputy Chief Pilot

The Deputy Chief Pilot leads a team of flight instructors to achieve training objectives and supports the Chief Pilot in executing the flight training and professional development program. This role ensures all training complies with approved TCOs, regulations, and policies, while directly overseeing the implementation of the Enhanced Pilot Program. The position involves managing instructor performance, promoting flight safety, and driving continuous improvement in partnership with various company departments.
