Deputy Chief Technology Officer

The Deputy Chief Technology Officer will take end-to-end operational and strategic ownership of roughly half the technology organization, leading 50-60 engineers, architects, and data professionals across four distinct teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology and Product Officer, this role involves partnering with the Deputy Chief Product Officer to turn the technology vision into a resilient, scalable, and high-throughput reality. The position requires an operational leader who thrives in engineering standards, architecture trade-offs, and compliance while building conditions for predictable and sustainable delivery.
