Deputy Chief Technology Officer

This fully remote role partners with the current CTO to lead technology initiatives and prepare for a succession plan into the Chief Technology Officer position. The position focuses on application development, legacy system migrations, and modernization efforts while aligning technology decisions with business results. Over time, responsibilities will expand to include infrastructure, cybersecurity, and financial management within a growing IT organization.
