Deputy Clerk

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Clerk, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Administration Officer, while also assisting department managers and interacting with leadership and the public. The position involves preparing meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence, managing schedules, and supporting office communications and public relations efforts. Additionally, the Deputy Clerk assists with special projects, event planning, and legal department tasks as needed.
