Deputy Director, Finance

The Deputy Director Finance at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) Yemen is a senior finance leader and member of the Country Program Senior Management Team, responsible for overall financial stewardship and alignment with IRC global standards. Based in Aden, the role reports to the Country Director and the MENAU Regional Finance Director with accountability to the CFO and serves as the primary finance liaison with HQ and donors. The position ensures the country program has the appropriate financial infrastructure to support strategic objectives and program delivery.
