The Deputy Director of Programs (DDP) for IRC Sudan East is a senior management role responsible for overall program direction, implementation and strategic support across eastern Sudan. The DDP supervises program coordinators, supports execution of the Country Strategic Plan, and ensures programs align with IRC policies, donor regulations and contextual needs. The role is roving with frequent travel to field sites and requires close collaboration with country leadership, technical units and partners.
