About this role
The Deputy Director of Programs (DDP) for IRC Bangladesh leads and oversees the country program portfolio, ensuring strategic coherence, compliance with IRC and donor regulations, and high-quality program delivery. The role supervises grants, partnerships, MEAL, technical and program implementation functions, and provides senior leadership as a member of the Country Office Senior Management Team reporting to the Country Director. The DDP represents IRC externally, supports strategic planning and fundraising, and drives localization and cross-cutting priorities such as gender and climate resilience.
