Minimum of five years experience in researching, reporting, and publishing on press freedom and/ or journalist safetyStrong understanding of how press freedom issues intersect with others such as technology, human rights, corruption, regional and local dynamics, and democracyExcellent English writing, reporting and organizational skillsSignificant experience of press freedom advocacy and assistance effortsExperience managing individual contractors and project work across time zones and subject matters
