Deputy Director

The Deputy Director leads and coordinates the work of the Minnesota Disability Law Center, providing primary leadership and direction for its statewide impact and representing the organization within the disability rights community. This senior leadership role involves managing grant budgets, overseeing a team of attorneys and advocates, and ensuring the efficient and equitable delivery of civil legal services to vulnerable client communities. The position requires collaboration with the Executive Director, Legal Director, and various community and legal professional partnerships to advance organizational goals and racial justice values.
