Deputy Director

The Deputy Director supports the strategic direction of the Project Director by providing management, leadership, and staff support to implement the mission and business plans of the Board and Workforce Center System. This role involves coaching the Workforce Center team, overseeing quality management, and ensuring compliance with funding source requirements and performance goals. The position also requires assisting with budget preparation, fiscal monitoring, and maintaining positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
