The Deputy Executive Manager, IT Risk & Controls serves as the first‑line risk leader for the IT Division, setting strategic direction for technology risk management, driving enterprise‑wide risk governance, and ensuring the organization’s risk posture aligns with rapid technological change and regulatory evolution. Reporting to the Head of Department, the role leads the ITRC function, mentors senior staff, and partners with enterprise risk, audit, and compliance to embed risk into strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
