Educate!
The Deputy Finance & Operations Manager will oversee financial management, accounting, reporting, and budgeting for Educate!'s Rwanda office while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including procurement, logistics, and office services. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role supervises finance staff, supports budget owners, and coordinates with regional finance and operations teams to maintain compliance and improve processes.
Educate! is a nonprofit that prepares youth in Africa with the skills to succeed in today’s economy. It tackles youth unemployment by partnering with schools and governments to reform both what is taught and how it’s taught so students gain practical abilities to start businesses, get jobs, and drive local development.
