Deputy General Counsel

Fermi is seeking an experienced Deputy General Counsel to lead and support complex financing and capital markets matters for Project Matador and the broader organization. The role involves independently leading sophisticated transactions, coordinating deal teams, and providing practical advice on project finance, leveraged finance, and capital markets. The successful candidate will manage lender due diligence, oversee outside counsel, and ensure compliance with SEC reporting and exchange listing requirements.
