Deputy General Counsel

The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Deputy General Counsel, providing legal advice and representation to the Governing Board and Executive Director on matters impacting agency governance, operations, compliance, and risk management. This role involves overseeing litigation, managing outside counsel, drafting legal documents, and advising on procurement, real estate, and legislative issues. The position requires a Juris Doctor degree, admission to the Florida Bar, and at least seven years of experience as a licensed attorney.
