Grant PUD
The Deputy General Counsel serves as a senior legal advisor and partner to the General Counsel, providing professional and timely legal advice on local, state, and federal law, regulation, and litigation. This role supports complex business transactions, assists with contract review and negotiation, manages legal risk, and represents Grant PUD on legal matters. The position may also act on behalf of the General Counsel to ensure continuity of legal services.
