Deputy General Manager

The Deputy General Manager serves as a key member of the General Manager’s Team, assuming full responsibility and authority in the General Manager’s absence. This role oversees all vehicle operations, support functions, and the Transit Police Department while developing strategic objectives to improve service quality and increase ridership. The position involves managing budgets, coordinating senior staff activities, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the SEPTA system.
