Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager supports the Shotley Villa Manager in delivering a high-quality, person-centred supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role involves hands-on support for service users, staff supervision, and ensuring safe, compassionate care while promoting independence and positive outcomes. The position also includes deputising for the Manager, contributing to service improvements, and fostering an inclusive environment for both staff and service users.
