Deputy Manager

The States of Guernsey is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Shotley Villa Manager in delivering a high-quality, person-centred supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role involves providing hands-on support to service users, promoting their independence and quality of life, while also supervising and developing staff to ensure safe and compassionate care. The Deputy Manager will work in partnership with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals to implement support plans and drive service improvement initiatives.
