Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager supports the Community Living Manager in delivering a high-quality, person-centred supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role involves providing hands-on support to service users, promoting their independence and quality of life, while also supervising and developing staff. It includes deputising for the Manager, contributing to service improvement, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
