Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager role provides end-to-end technical service support and drives service and aftermarket business growth for KSB GIW slurry pump products across key mining customers in the assigned region. The position combines hands-on field service, customer relationship management, and revenue ownership for new equipment, spares, and services. The role involves visiting customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and performance improvement while managing the installed base and driving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to the RAC Head – Mining Segment are key aspects of the position.
