Deputy Manager

Little Larks Day Nursery is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in leading the team and maintaining high standards of care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The role involves managing day-to-day nursery operations and taking responsibility for the nursery in the Manager’s absence. The successful candidate will help lead, coach, and motivate practitioners while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and EYFS practices.
