Deputy Managing Director

The Deputy Managing Director will serve as the second-in-command to the Managing Director, overseeing operational performance, team leadership, and the end-to-end launch of the company's Electronic Money Institution (EMI). This senior leadership role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing commercial development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the fintech and digital payments sector. The position requires a hands-on leader to build scalable processes, lead cross-functional teams, and support the company's continued expansion in Malta.
