The Deputy Office Manager is a fixed-term (12-month maternity cover) role based at Spire's Glasgow satellite manufacturing facility, responsible for ensuring the site remains a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace for engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams. The role supports day-to-day office operations and coordinates with vendors, building management, and internal partners. It is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office and offers opportunities to broaden responsibilities across People, Finance, and Operations.
