Deputy Program Manager

The Deputy Program Manager supports the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet Readiness Assistance Training Team program by providing shipboard training, technical assistance, and readiness support to surface ships throughout the Pacific Fleet. This role involves assisting the Program Manager with daily contract execution, overseeing the coordination and scheduling of ship visits, and managing personnel and resources across multiple geographic locations. The position requires acting on behalf of the Program Manager during their absence and ensuring contract activities align with performance work statement requirements.
