Deputy Program Manager

The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in executing program objectives, ensuring performance against cost, schedule, technical, and production requirements for a developmental High Energy Laser (HEL) program. This role involves managing financials, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule, and serving as a liaison among customers, engineering, and manufacturing teams. The position requires acting as the primary point of contact and assuming leadership responsibilities in the Program Manager's absence.
