About this role
Deputy Sheriff I & II Enforcement are county law enforcement positions within the Utah County Sheriff’s Department responsible for preserving the peace and providing public safety services. Roles may be assigned to Patrol, Investigations, Emergency Services, or Judicial Services and include both an entry/certifiable track (Deputy I) and a certified experienced track (Deputy II). Candidates must meet POST certification requirements (or be enrolled) and complete recruitment testing and background checks prior to hire.
