Deputy Shift Manager

The Deputy Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting Dematic equipment to meet customer expectations and KPI targets. This role involves leading a team of technicians and assistant engineers, managing engineering contracts, and ensuring the delivery of key service elements such as planned preventative maintenance and fault rectification. The position requires strong technical diagnostic skills, adherence to health and safety legislation, and effective communication with both internal teams and customers.
