Deputy State Director

The Deputy State Director supports the strategic, programmatic, operational, financial, and personnel management of Mi Familia Vota and Mi Familia en Acción activities within an assigned state or region. Working closely with organizational leaders, the role involves developing state strategy, managing staff and programs, supporting field operations, building partnerships, and monitoring budgets and performance. The position requires experience in field operations, campaigns, staff management, and data-informed decision-making to strengthen civic participation and build political power within Latino communities.
