Deputy STILO (Special Programs)

The Deputy STILO (Special Programs) assists the Scientific and Technical Intelligence Liaison Officer in managing the ARL:UT STILO program and supports the Operational Security Manager in overseeing the OPSEC program. This role involves gathering and disseminating intelligence relevant to ongoing research, providing security support for foreign travel, and ensuring compliance with DoD and OPSEC requirements. The position also includes serving as a liaison with external agencies, managing contractual requirements, and supporting secure supply chain management.
