A Dermatology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant role providing dermatologic care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, New York, and Far Rockaway. The provider will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centered care, focusing on skin evaluations, biopsies, wound care, and management of acute and chronic skin conditions. The position supports Infinite Medical P.C.'s mission to deliver compassionate, proactive care to senior residents in partnership with MedElite Healthcare Management Group.
