Design Authority for an Engineering Discipline

This role serves as a design authority for an engineering discipline within the Electrification Business, managing assignments on multiple projects to ensure they are completed cost-effectively and in compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The position involves collaborating with customers to shape solutions, creating work plans and cost estimates, and coordinating with relevant functions to ensure proper manufacturing, testing, and commissioning of designs. Additionally, the role includes coaching engineering colleagues on best practices and translating conceptual designs into engineering documentation.
