Design Director - Digital

The Design Director at Absa leads customer and design thinking across a business unit or channel, supporting senior leaders to embed customer-centric strategy and decision-making. They manage multiple, complex design projects to deliver coherent, world-class customer experiences and report to the Head of Design. The role combines first-class design expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to direct and inspire interdisciplinary design and creative teams.
