About this role

The Design Director leads the Dallas Design Center's analog/mixed-signal IC design organization, overseeing New Product Introduction for Power Path product families. This player-coach role combines deep hands-on design expertise with management capabilities to drive first-pass silicon success, develop engineering talent, and build design capability. The position involves technical oversight from concept through release, resource planning, and collaboration with global teams and cross-functional partners.
