Design Discipline Lead

This role is responsible for the development of specific discipline design packages for complex industrial projects, requiring heavy interaction with clients and engineering counterparts. The position involves overseeing the discipline design project team, planning and scheduling drafting requirements, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all deliverables. The incumbent will also supervise designers and drafters, providing coaching and instruction to maintain high production standards.
