Design Engineer

McCarthy is seeking a Design Engineer to support the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) facilities. This role coordinates design activities across internal project teams, engineers of record (EORs), owners, vendors, and subcontractors to help deliver coordinated designs that meet project requirements for safety, quality, cost, schedule, constructability, and execution. The Design Engineer will support multiple projects and assigned design scopes while developing expertise in renewable energy design, design-build/EPC delivery, project coordination, and construction-focused design management.
