Design-FMEA Facilitator

The Design-FMEA Facilitator is a technical leadership role responsible for enhancing engineering teams' ability to prioritize customer, supplier, and internal engineering-related work throughout the BorgWarner Product Development Process. The position involves leading multiple Design FMEA meetings daily, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication across system and subsystem groups. This role also includes managing FMEA software, educating engineers on FMEA methodologies, and interfacing with customers and suppliers to align on requirements and progress.
